As part of the Sustainability Lecture Series, the Department of Biological and Physical Sciences, in coordination with the Eco Club, has extended an invitation to Noor Taan for her presentation entitled 'Return to the Roots: Harnessing the Repurposing Potential of Loofahs to Maximize Impact.' Noor Taan, a designer and entrepreneur renowned for her innovative use of loofahs in various products such as clothing and lamps, combines eco-friendliness with style. Following her presentation, a workshop was held on cultivating loofah seeds in the climate of the UAE.
