Titled " The Impact of AI on the Modular Construction Industry" TTT hosted Mustafa Salaheldin Ali Bakr who is Head of Digital Transformation at Dupod. Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing the modular construction industry, enhancing design, manufacturing, and project management processes. By integrating AI, modular construction is becoming faster, more efficient, and cost-effective. In the design phase, AI-powered tools like generative design software enable architects and engineers to quickly explore and optimize building layouts based on parameters such as budget, materials, and environmental factors. This allows for more sustainable, functional, and innovative designs while reducing time spent on iterations. In manufacturing, AI-driven robots are automating tasks such as welding, painting, and assembly, improving quality, consistency, and speed. These robots work with high precision and can operate continuously, reducing human error and accelerating production timelines.AI also plays a crucial role in supply chain optimization. Predictive analytics helps forecast material demand, track inventory, and prevent delays, ensuring smoother project execution. By analyzing data, AI identifies cost-effective suppliers and resources, improving budget management. On-site, AI technologies such as drones and cameras monitor progress, track safety, and detect potential issues in real-time. Titled "Impact of AI on the Office Furniture Industry" TTT hosted Angelique Cecchini Marques Pereira who is Steelcase Regional Manager Middle East. Angelique started her career in Dubai with Cisco, where she was the Channel Manager for the Middle East, for four years. Continuing with Cisco, she moved to France to grow the French business market. After six years with Cisco, wanting to bring a change, Angelique joined the office furniture leader, Steelcase, where the primary objective lies in creating a great place to work. After working with Steelcase in France for three years, Angelique was offered an opportunity to move to Dubai and she is now the Regional Manager for Steelcase Middle East. She is passionate about helping her clients to create great work environments where employees love to come to the office, feel a sense of belonging, are more satisfied, engaged, and productive. During her career growth, Angelique also worked for one year as a Country Manager for Neat in Saudi Arabia. Her role involved bringing AI in video conferencing, to enable people to work more naturally with technology solutions.
