Ms. Makhlouf has been an Adjunct Instructor in AUD’s School of Business Administration and has taught a wide range of courses since 2006. She also has over nine years of international experience within the private sector.
As the Strategy Manager for Banking and Capital Markets, she was part of the team that started up the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC).
Prior to her GCC experience, she held several positions in the public sector: as an Economist at the World Bank Group and at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington DC, and as Economic Advisor to the Minister of Finance’s office as part of the UNDP project within the Ministry of Finance in Lebanon.
