Ms. Haidar brings over 26 years of experience, including 18 years in higher education. Over the past 8 years, she has made a significant impact in program management, successfully leading business graduate programs at the Lebanese American University (LAU). Her work has focused on enhancing the overall student experience, optimizing operational processes, and building long-term, meaningful relationships with stakeholders- key factors in the success of her initiatives.

Fidaa began her career as a software programmer and then held various IT roles before transitioning into business. She spent several years in human resources, where she gained extensive experience as an HR specialist, contributing to various organizations across multiple industries.
