Cynthia is a skilled professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik – USEK, Lebanon and currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration – Management at the American University in Dubai. She has a proven track record of working in the management and procurement industry and possesses strong negotiation, counseling, management, and leadership skills.

Before joining AUD in July 2015, Cynthia gained six years of valuable work experience in a Lebanese Private Retail Organization “Al Saniour Holding – O&C”, where she served as a Purchasing Coordinator for four years before being promoted to Executive Purchasing Manager, a role she carried out for the last two years with the organization.

Currently, Cynthia serves as the Manager of the Office of External Outreach and Career Development. In this capacity, she oversees three divisions, career services, alumni relations, and external outreach. She and her team act as the liaison between AUD and regional, multinational & local companies, establishing a business network and ongoing collaborations to provide easy employment access and internship opportunities to AUD students and alumni. She directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of various affiliations, programs, and events aimed at enhancing the university's outreach to corporate, government, and other institutions.

In addition to these core responsibilities, Cynthia is also focused on cultivating stronger relationships with AUD’s alumni network by leading and implementing alumni-focused initiatives that will foster deeper engagement and enhance the connection to the university.
