Dr. Hassan Zeineddine holds a PhD in computer sciences from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Prior to becoming a full time academic, he worked with various R&D units in the telecommunication sector in North America, working with firms such as Cisco Systems, Alcatel-Lucent’s affiliates, and Spirent Communications. He is experienced in the fields of program management, project management, network management, service level agreement, quality assurance, and service testing. Dr. Hassan’s current research interests are in the fields of data analytics, operations research, logistics and supply chains collaboration. His other research interests include simulations and intelligent agents.
Beside his research and industry involvements, Dr. Hassan chaired the department of Management at AUD, and is currently heading the department of Decision Sciences and Economics. He is also leading the AUD/IBM Center of Excellence for Smarter Logistics. Throughout his academic and industry involvements, Dr. Hassan has built essential skills in strategic planning, organizational leadership, program management, and most importantly precise execution with attention to details.
