Assaad Farah is an Associate Professor of Management and teaches courses in International Business, Strategic Human Resource Management and Business Research. Prior to joining AUD, Dr. Farah was working as a Human Resource Consultant in the Canadian credit card sector. In addition to HR consultancy, he occupied positions in Production Management and Business Process Management at both Bombardier Aerospace and Microcell Telecommunication (Fido).
Dr. Farah is an active researcher in the fields of strategic HRM and knowledge management – with a focus on the aerospace industry. He presented research work for entities such as the United Nation’s International Civil Aviation Organization, the International Centre for Aviation Management Education and Research, and the International Association for Students of Aviation. Assaad also taught aviation courses at the University of Balamand in Lebanon, and was a management researcher at the Work and Employment Research Center in the United Kingdom.
