Express your perspectives on the feminine

Indelible, the literary and art’s journal founded and edited by AUD’s very own Dr. Dib, has a new call for submissions.

Sep 06, 2021

According to Maya Angelou, “Each time a woman stands up for herself, without knowing it possibly, without claiming it, she stands up for all women.”

What is the feminine? The feminine has long been an inspiration for thinkers and creatives, who have always been attracted to her mysteriousness, strengths, fragility, passion, abilities, challenges, battles, conquests, complexities, and nurturing nature. For this issue, we invite artists, writers, poets, reviewers, and other creatives to express their perspectives on the feminine. Whether it is a piece about feminism or a work inspired by the femme fatale, the seductress, the maternal, the heroine, the earth, the sea, or any other aspect of the feminine, please send us some outstanding submissions of fiction, poetry, photography, nonfiction, and art!

Submissions deadline: December 20th, 2021.

Submission Guidelines:
