The American University in Dubai (AUD) recognized Emirates NBD for its continued support of the university’s annual Innovators in Media competition, which provides high school students from public and private schools across the UAE, including UAE nationals and residents, with an opportunity to showcase their talents. The competition’s grand prize is a scholarship to AUD’s Mohammed Bin Rashid School for Communication.

In appreciation of the bank’s ongoing support, Elie Sawaya, AUD’s Director of Central Services, presented a commemorative plaque to Ibrahim Swaidan, Head of Corporate Affairs at Emirates NBD.

Nadir Makansi, AUD’s Media Consultant, who oversees the annual Innovators in Media competition, also attended the meeting.

Mr. Swaidan commended AUD’s commitment to supporting high-achieving students through scholarship opportunities and reaffirmed Emirates NBD’s continued support for the competition in the coming years.
