The American University in Dubai is the proud recipient of two separate Erasmus + Mobility Program Grants. One award for Denmark is with the prestigious University of Copenhagen and the second award for Austria is with IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems.

Each award will either support the funding for AUD students to study abroad at the partner intuitions or the students from our partner institutions to study at AUD for during the 2023-24 or 2024-25 academic year. The award for IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems in Austria also provides funding for staff professional development opportunities.

President Schmidt commented. “This represents another first for AUD in leading the way to provide meaningful global opportunities for AUD students, and now staff, as part of the Erasmus + Program.”

The AUD Study Abroad & Exchange Unit established the partnerships and submitted the applications for Erasmus + Mobility Programs with partners. The awards represent another international opportunity for AUD students, and now staff, to further their experience. Application details will be made available in Spring 2023.
