The Association for Trauma Outreach & Prevention (ATOP) MeaningfulWorld hosted a compelling panel discussion titled “AI and EI: Challenges to Healing Traumatized Women and Men Globally” at the 69th Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) at the United Nations on March 13th in New York. This panel brought together distinguished experts to explore critical issues related to gender equality, trauma healing, and the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and emotional intelligence (EI) in fostering empowerment.

Notably, she was honored with the Status of Women Canada Award for her work with middle-aged women (ages 35-55) in Toronto, which later culminated in her book Empowerment (ISBN: 978-3-330-97651-1), currently available on Amazon.
At the forum, Dr. Kshatriya presented her latest empirical research, “Empowering Women in Business Education: The Role of AI & EI in Advancing Wellbeing and Leadership in the United Arab Emirates.” This research, co-authored by Dr. Sabrina Joseph, Provost, AUD, and Dr. Maya Nabih Abou Zahr, Assistant Professor, School of Business, AUD, explores the transformative impact of AI and EI on female leadership and wellbeing.
