Mazen has worked in a diverse range of sectors, including telecommunication, information technology and education -- in which he was able to gain experience in both, the technical and management aspects of IT.
Prior to joining AUD in Fall 2016, he worked as an Academic Technology Specialist at a Dubai-based college where his position allowed him to work in collaboration with every department of the college and to provide technical expertise in major projects related to accreditation and quality assurance.
Mazen provided assistance in planning and filing for accreditation, substantive changes and licensure renewal and in addition, assisted in developing and reporting on institution-wide surveys while coordinating with the student services office to compile data and statistics for quality assurance. He has also worked with marketing departments in content creation and creative production.
His passion for technology has always inspired him to learn new ways of improving work and helping people. His goal is to continuously learn and share knowledge.
