Cherine Chehab

Academic Advising – Senior Coordinator


Ms. Chehab started her career as a student assistant while finishing up her Bachelor degree in Biology. Soon after graduation, she was promoted to a fulltime position as Graduate Program Assistant. Three years later, she started her Masters degree at USF and graduated in 2005. In 2007, she was approached by her previous supervisor to take a position in the news Academic Advising center, and since fall 2014 she is the Academic Advising Coordinator in the Office of Student Retention and Success.
In 2012, Ms. Chehab joined AUD as the Academic Advising Center Coordinator. Prior to that, she worked as the Student Life Coordinator at the International School of Choueifat in Abu Dhabi.
Being originally Lebanese and having lived abroad all her life between Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, she decided to take a journey and explore her roots. Therefore, she accepted a position as the Business Development Coordinator at the Hariri Canadian University in 2010.
No road is long with good company. Cherine surrounds herself with friends and family during her free time. She enjoys movies, music, outdoor activities, books, trivia, sports, traveling, amongst other things…
