Media Relations
Reporters wishing to conduct interviews with members of the AUD Community, write stories involving the university, or requesting information, need to address their queries to the Marketing Communications Office at marcom@aud.edu

Use of AUD Social Media Channels
 AUD’s social media profiles have been created to share news and events about the university and its community.
 
Postings, Feedback and Criticism: While feedback and criticism are always welcome, they need to be constructive. No political, religious, racist, commercial, sexual, alcohol and tobacco-related or potentially offensive content may be posted on any of AUD’s social media accounts. Material, including but not limited to comments, photos, videos, or Internet links, deemed offensive will immediately be deleted; and the person and/or company will be blocked and may be reported.
 
Advertising and Promotions (Anti-Spam): Only promotions and advertising pertaining to the AUD Community are welcome, companies wishing to advertise on AUD’s social media channels, should contact marcom@aud.edu. Abuse on any of AUD’s social media accounts will be considered as spam and dealt with accordingly. Advertising and promotions deemed as spam will immediately be deleted, and the person and/or company will be blocked and possibly reported.
 
Uploading videos: A procedure for uploading video content to official AUD channels, including but not limited to YouTube® and Vimeo®, is in place and must be strictly followed. AUD is very clear on what is considered unacceptable content and very mindful of copyright infringements.
Use of AUD Marks
The usage and placement of AUD marks (logos, seals, etc.), name, images and/or any other university-related content shall not be reproduced, republished, redistributed, sold, licensed, manipulated, transferred, digitally transmitted, or copied in whole, or in part, in any manner, or by way of any media production, to any individual, or corporate entity, without the prior written consent of the AUD Marketing Communications Office and payment of the appropriate royalty for reuse, should the latter be deemed necessary by the university’s Administration.
 
Requests for permission to reproduce AUD marks, name, photographic materials, and/or any university-related content, should be addressed to the Marketing Communications Office at marcom@aud.edu. The “AUD Content Terms of Use Form” must be signed.
Filming/Photography on Campus
​Requests for permission to film on campus should be addressed to the Marketing Communications Office at marcom@aud.edu. The “AUD Filming/Photography on Campus Authorization Form” must be signed.
