The mission of the Human Resources Department is to foster a positive work environment for
all employees through providing:
- Specialized, timely, efficient, effective and economic administrative services
- High-quality, expert, meaningful analysis and reporting of information for decision-making
- Effective coordination of human resource policies and procedures that support institutional compliance
- Leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of policies and procedures
The department acts as a resource for the AUD community and is acclaimed as a vibrant team of informed professionals who impact
and promote equity and impartial human relations throughout the institution.
The department is a customer-service organization responsive to the changing needs and expectations of the community it
serves; it acts to support AUD employees in their service to the University through a commitment to attract, orient, retain,
motivate, educate, and develop members of the University's population to their fullest potential. |
