Dr. Mulhim Al-Doori holds a BSc from Glasgow University in Computing Science, a Postgraduate Diploma in Operational Research form Strathclyde University , an MSc from Hull University and a Ph.D. from Edinburgh University in Artificial Intelligence. His research interests is in the area of software development and Artificial Intelligence in particular Object Oriented Intelligent Environments, Expert systems, Reliability Data Analysis and Operational Research Applications.
Dr. Mulhim Al-Doori, who joined AUD the year 2000, has an academic experience that spans over fourteen years, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, at Bell College, Edinburgh University, Al alBayt University, and The American University in Dubai. Where he taught subject related to Artificial Intelligence, Programming and Application Development, Database Management systems. Dr. Mulhim Al-Doori has supervised 12 masters degree researches and has been on the examining panels of several master degree researches.
He has industrial experience of over seven years of design, development and administration of Database Management Systems as a senior systems Analyst for British companies and organizations such as Axion Business Computers, Biwater ltd, Leicester Royal Infirmary Hospital , and Birmingham royal Infirmary Hospital, and a numerous number of consultancy projects with internationally recognized companies such as ORACLE, and Microsoft as a project manager.
Dr. Mulhim Al-Doori published 25 refereed papers at international conferences and journals, and attended numerous seminars, forums and workshop.
Dr. Mulhim Al-Doori is a professional member of the British Computer Society and a member of its Gulf region representatives council, a member of The British APL Association and a member of IEEE. |
