Prior to joining AUD Professor Zeidan held academic and research appointments at Victoria University as a project manager and Head of the Financial Literacy Research Unit, Research Fellow in the School of Accounting and Finance, and Lecturer in the Doctor of Business Administration Program. Professor Zeidan’s dissertation examined the relationships between aspects of high commitment human resource management and perceptions of psychological contract. Recently, her research interests have included innovative human resource management, psychological contracts, employee attitudes and behaviors, organizational cynicism, organizational downsizing, international Marketing and relationship marketing.
Professor Zeidan has presented at various conferences including the Annual Academy of Management conference in Atlanta, the 19th and the 21st Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) conference, the Academy of World Business, Marketing and Management Development Conference, the Business Research Conference, the Academy of Marketing Science conference, the Seventh International Business Research Conference, and the Australia and New Zealand Marketing Academy conference (ANZMAC). |
