Professor Amaize teaches, and conducts research and consult in various disciplines including Integrated Marketing Communications, consumer behavior, promoting and marketing the arts, music business management, and teaching management through literature. Professor Amaize has served on the marketing and music faculties of various universities including: Indiana University Kelly School of Business, Western New England College , Sigmund Weis School of Business at Susquehanna University , National Sun Yat-Sen University , Kaohsiung , Mingdao University , and the Graduate Institute of Aesthetics and Arts Management, Fokuang University , Chiayi.
Professor Amaize served as a Fulbright Senior Scholar at Moscow State Conservatory. He has several published recordings of art songs to his credit

Professor Amaize is a member of several international business and arts organizations including the International Advertising Association, Association of Arts Administration Educators, and the European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centres.
