Professor Ahmad Kayali teaches Business Law and Business Ethics.  Prior to joining AUD, Professor Kayali was a practicing attorney in the United States . He has assisted business owners in forming Partnerships, LLCs, and Corporations, and in drafting and negotiating contracts. Besides teaching, Professor Kayali conducts research in his areas of interest and works as a legal consultant.
