The Student Financial Affairs Officer will be working within a team, responsible for assisting students with respect to all of their individual accounts and to support the daily activities of the Finance Department.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Process and post student payments.
• Reconcile Daily Cash Receipts.
• Prepare Daily Bank Deposits slips.
• Collect funds due to the university by maintaining current and past financial hold lists.
• Track and maintain accounts receivable.
• Approve students for registration.
• Determine the eligibility of students for disbursement of refunds.
• Process and post student cancellations.
• Prepare student invoices.
• Reply to students' inquiries and correspondence in a timely manner.
• Follow up on scholarships.
• Assume miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Your experience should include proven:

• Accounts receivable knowledge and customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Verbal and written communication skills

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree from a Western Accredited University in a related discipline.

Experience of working in a truly multicultural setting, and attention to detail are definite advantages.
